Sharmin from R K Jewellers(Springfield Mall) is a very dependable staff, she is trust worthy, diligent and has an excellent customer service. I put my jewelries away since September 20th 2019, came back today (July 17 , 2023) surprisingly, everything was tightly kept in. Sharmin is an asset to R.K. Jewelers. She is one of its kind to confidently do a business with and let her keep the excellent work.

What an amazing experience I had shopping at RK Jewlers! Upon entering the store, I noticed how clean and sparkly all of the jewelry was. I was greeted with a warm smile by the beautiful owner. I had been looking for a special ring for many years and when I described what I wanted, the owner assured me she would do her best to find something I would love. Guess who got a call the next day? Me! She told me how she had been speaking to the appropriate people- and for over two hours, to make sure I would get exactly what I wanted and at an affordable price.
