Mark was exceptional in handling pets, ensuring enjoyable and stress-free experiences with pool toys. They offer indoor/outdoor fun with 24/7 operations and nice boarding rooms with cameras, windows, and TVs. Larger suites are comfortable for 2 dogs. They are great at taking requests and providing quick responses to concerns, putting owners at ease. They offer a verbal report of how pets did and who they played with. Great add-ons like massages, swimming, and treats are available. Due to high demand, it's recommended to book boarding services in advance.
Our pup had his evaluation today and he is a shy one but seeing him on the webcams and how excited he was and later tired i know he had a great time i appreciate all the staff and the process to book is so easy
I have been owned by cats since 1981 but never had to board them, as friends took care of them. Now my 19-year old has diabetes and needs extra care and supervision. Olde Towne staff did a great job with him and his 12-year old buddy. The staff watched Ariel's glucose levels and not only took appropriate steps when the dropped too low but kept me informed. Made my vacation much more restful knowing my beasties were so well cared for.
OTPR were lifesavers when I had to board my dog for three weeks while I recovered from surgery. I was able to peek in on my dog at day camp through their webcams and was comfortable knowing that my dog was in great hands. When I came to pick her up, one of the staff members brought her out to my car for me.
