I asked questions about the process and price, and the lady at the front was extremely rude. You lost a potential client if you don't like your job, then find another one, and if that lady was the owner, then that's some lousy practice, and from the looks of it, she and the gentleman were most likely the owners.
Called and asked if they could fix one of my cushions that the dog made a mess of. She said "we don't do repairs." I questioned that as they will reupolster a sofa, so I was confused, and she just kept repeating that she couldn't help me. I asked if she could suggest someone who could and she said "no."
I had an ottoman covered with some new fabric . The owner was very nice and answered all of my questions. They do beautiful work there. I will definitely recommend.
