I contacted Environmental & Power Services over Thanksgiving weekend about a thorny HVAC problem. Even though it was a holiday weekend, Russ at EPS leapt right onto the problem, worked through the difficulties, and got it resolved right away.

It's pretty rare these days to interact with a company and a person that are willing and able to work steadily through a problem, communicate quickly and clearly, and get things done. Russ and EPS really nailed it on all levels. It was a terrific experience and I really appreciate it!
