Ehrlich Pest Control

Ehrlich Pest Control, a business serving Springfield, VA since 1928, provides customized pest control solutions that focus on prevention, removal, and exclusion. Their services effectively eliminate a variety of pests, including ants, cockroaches, spiders, and stinging insects. Customers have praised the professionalism and effectiveness of the technicians, who take the time to do the job right.

Several reviews highlight the knowledgeable and thorough service provided by technicians such as Shawn, Sahab Mohamed, Mike, and Robert. Shawn is described as a phenomenal and detailed technician with excellent mannerisms, especially appreciated by tenants. Sahab Mohamed was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful in addressing concerns about spiders and other pests in a new home. Mike has been consistent over the years, always professional, punctual, and willing to explain the services performed. Robert is recognized for his thorough inspections, detailed explanations, and courteous approach, making him a top choice for pest issues.

While the service quality is highly praised, some customers have experienced a disconnect in scheduling and communication. One customer mentioned that despite being notified of a semi-annual check, the technician did not show up and was told it was due to a lack of confirmation. Despite being a long-term customer since 2017, this led them to consider switching to a local company.

Ehrlich Pest Control also follows up on service cancellations professionally, and technicians are diligent in removing stations. However, filling in holes left after removing stations could improve the overall experience. Overall, Ehrlich offers professional and effective pest control with skilled technicians, though some customers have noted issues with scheduling and communication.
