The technician showed up on a very cold and windy day. He took his time and did the normal treatment for ants: bugs. He did the treatment in a very satisfactory manner.Service: Bug & insect extermination

A reliable company that has a fast response to requests for stinging insects. We have no issues with creeping crawlers since having Ehrlich is managing our home rodent and insect remediation needs.

I share the same concerns as others have mentioned. It seems as Protech was bought by Ehrlich then Ehrlich was bought by Rentokil, the company has lost touch with the homeowners. In February I was notified, by phone, that Ehrlich was sending someone out for the semi-annual check and I did not need to be present (which is usual). They didn't show. I called customer service and they said I had not confirmed by appointment (this is new?). So we established a new appointment and the technician showed and I guess he did an inspection. Why do I guess? Because no report was left with me (as always been done in the past) and no report was mailed to me or emailed. There seems...read full review
