On Nov 11, I took my male cat in for urinary issues and they immediately took him back to check for a blockage, before I even had any paper work filled out.
Thankfully, he wasn't blocked. I knew if he wasn't blocked, and therefore not emergent, it would take awhile. I'm fine with waiting at ER's, understanding the most critical are priority.
Dr Drum was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything and answer any questions.

Shadow is the third dog we have had the privilege of bringing to Colonial for both routine care as well as care for sickness or injury. They are simply the best -- they care about the dogs they see and provide great and thorough advice and help!
