I had my bathroom done by Bath Fitter. They did a good job but I wanted to highlight the work of Robert Snook. I was having issues with the sliding door and Robert searched his vehicle for parts and could not find them. He stated he'd be back the next day with the necessary parts. The next morning, Robert called with the parts. He showed up, installed the parts which solved the problem. He also tightened up the drainage cover which I had not reported. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I would recommend them to anyone, especially Robert.

Chris the sales rep and Nick the installer listened carefully and made changes I requested – for example, a new showerhead of my own choice. Tim Carroll did a great job doing the shower door that was done by an installer. The doors would not slide properly before and other times the door would come open on its own about an inch. Tim replaced the track and he had to take down the doors and all the frame around it. He was here for a long time, scraping all the glue and putting everything back in place . He cleaned up well before he left.
