Amazing experience. 5 Stars! I went with a different local company for install of a new system 3 years ago. I continued to have a loud banging noise coming from my A/C unit. The other company stated my condenser needed to be replaced and although the part would be covered under warranty, labor would cost $2,500. Thankfully, I called Garnett. A Senior Technician arrived same day, just a few hours after my call. He was able to locate the actual issue quickly, replicate it, make the fix, and even gave me tips on how best to maintain my system.
