From the office staff to the service technician that came to our home, I had nothing but a great experience with Garnett. The technician that came out had been working all day and it was extremely hot outside but he was still so friendly and professional. The pricing was great and I am absolutely satisfied. Thank you Garnett staff!
My A/C stopped working in the middle of the summer heat. I called and got the technician Erik to come by and take a look. He was VERY knowledgeable and explained everything to me and every option that I had, including prices associated with each option. He is very professional and spoke to me in a very nice manner being I know very little about this. After he left, A/C fixed, I will definitely be making Garnett my first and only call from here on out for any HVAC needs that I may need!If there was an option to leave a 10 star review, I would've chosen all 10 stars!
I was very impressed with the quality of service I received from Garnett Refrigeration, Inc. When I called they were very prompt to schedule and come out the same morning to service my unit. My 97 year old grandmother and young daughter live with me and it was suppose to get into the 90’s that day. Richard was on time and was very polite and knowledgeable about the equipment. He explained to me exactly what was going on and what needed to be done to fix my unit. He had my unit up and running again shortly after he arrived. Their pricing is very affordable and I’ll definitely call them again if ever needed.Service: HVAC system repair
