Pearce's information at a dining table in the Courthouse Restaurant in Gloucester.Mr. Pearce actually looked at my property a year before I was ready for the work to be done, and would consistently get back to me, even if he or I were out of town at the time.When it came time, I had two bedrooms with closets, a hallway, and a bathroom drywalled and painted (plus trim in all and tile over the tub I had set myself in the bathroom) for a fair price, even including the fact that he managed to upsell me on updating the electrical in all three rooms.Thad, Jason, Eric, and Brian worked on my job- with the exception of a couple days when one of them had a family emergency. All four were very professional and did solid work. They weren't all there every day, as Mr. Pearce had other jobs going on simultaneously and needed hands elsewhere, but I never had a day that I didn't see progress if they were there. “Mike showed up for a walk though, had me a quote within 48 hours and included his proof of insurance. The work started within 48 hours and when the team came to do the outdoor painting I was amazed at the attention to detail. They re-sealed my wood stairs and all the posts and verticals. They re-caulked my windows and they look great. They did two coats on my front door. And the black metal railing is pristine. I definitely will have MP on my short list!“
