“I just had a great experience with Yarkey Roofing replacing my roof. Mike Yarkey was personable, knowledgeable, and competent in his sales approach. After multiple estimates I chose Yarkey because of the product and the professional service. Overall, it was the best value for the price. Terry was the office manager that called several times to prepare for the day the workers would arrive. She was pleasant and professional as she highlighted what we needed to do to be ready. Chad Cleaver was the project manager and he did an incredible job of keeping us informed throughout the process. The workers were pleasant, laser-focused, and some of the hardest workers I've every seen. Our home has a lot of landscaping and the yard and areas around the house were meticulously put back into good condition after the job was complete. Pearce's information at a dining table in the Courthouse Restaurant in Gloucester.Mr. Pearce actually looked at my property a year before I was ready for the work to be done, and would consistently get back to me, even if he or I were out of town at the time.When it came time, I had two bedrooms with closets, a hallway, and a bathroom drywalled and painted (plus trim in all and tile over the tub I had set myself in the bathroom) for a fair price, even including the fact that he managed to upsell me on updating the electrical in all three rooms.Thad, Jason, Eric, and Brian worked on my job- with the exception of a couple days when one of them had a family emergency. All four were very professional and did solid work. They weren't all there every day, as Mr. Pearce had other jobs going on simultaneously and needed hands elsewhere, but I never had a day that I didn't see progress if they were there.
