I have not YET contracted their services per se, but I have witnessed and I am impressed with their work ethics. During our last snow storm I happened to be out with our dog, when I saw a snow plow come up our service road and then onto our neighbor's driveway. Because it was dark out, I was holding a flashlight and the driver thought I might need help. He immediately drove his plow over to check on me. Mind you, this was at 1am in the morning and it was super cold out!! His name was John, I think he might have said he is the owner (?), and I was shocked that they would even still be out there and work on private roadways.
