Rico, Trey and Ian were so professional and caring. I love coming here. They are so thorough with their work. I've recommended them to a lot of my friends and they lovee it here too. Keep these guys. They are the best.
My experience was top notch! From start to finish this crew made me feel confident in their abilities. Andrew was what I assume to be the shop lead or manager as he took the lead and kept me informed of what they were doing the entire time. He made the appropriate recommendations and didn’t pressure me. I was in and out with in 20-25 mins (maybe not even that long). I would recommend this location (Challenger Ave). Great job!! 👏 👏 👏
I felt like this team was a Nascar Pit crew when I came here. I thought they communicated very well to me and each other, taught and supported each other, and most importantly got my car right and saved me money! I highly recommend Valvoline of Roanoke
