I always have friendly and professional service at this Valvoline in Troutville, Virginia. They always point out service that is recommended but are not pushy about it. They thoroughly answer any questions I have about recommended service. I love not having to get out of my car while services are performed.

I have always loved going here until the last couple visits. The staff has changed and they are not as good as the previous ones. Did not check anything on my truck!! I have always had a top off of washer fluid, lights checked, etc.
It’s always fast! It was nice to see that they seem like fun team and work efficiency together. They had all my info from my last oil chance, and while they asked questions, they didn’t annoy me trying to up-sale everything. I will use this location again.
