“To all of the dashcam watchers who are reviewing Jay's Tree Service because of a video of one of their employees committing a hit and run, note that the owner immediately fired the employee and is working with law enforcement. Any business can hire someone that turns out to be a bad person regardless of background checks or a good interview. Please show a little compassion; no business owner would knowingly hire someone who would put their community at risk and jeopardize the business they put their heart and soul into. This is the worst nightmare come true for any small business owner and there are other employees who earned good reviews as you can see as you scroll. They need their jobs and, to some extent, are also victims of this one guy's actions.

The owner didn't try to hide or evade questions, they took action and are working with police to ensure that justice is served. To me that shows some ethics, and that's why I gave them a good review. I wish them and the victims in the other car the best.“

“Got a lot of estimates for two trees and 3 stumps to be removed, and by far Paul Bunyan’s was the most knowledgeable and the most personable. That makes all the difference. From scheduling the estimate to removal day… everything was smooth. The removal process was technical (lot of powerlines, neighbors houses, tight quarters, old concrete, and some trees that grew around our chain link fence), but they handled it perfectly and really turned my backyard from an absolute mess to an area that we can grow into. I would recommend giving them a call if you need any work done, because I know I will when I need some more work in the coming years.“

“Hired Greg to cut a huge 30' branch of a tree that was still connected and hanging precariously over my back fence. I would have said 2 men with a rope, ladder, and a chainsaw couldn't do it...but Dee is amazing and does the impossible! They also took out another tree and trimmed 4 others along a side fence. Greg called and came out to provide quote within 24 hours. They underpromise and overdeliver. Cost is quite reasonable. I was more than pleased!
