Jays Tree Removal was truly God sent, not only did they accommodate me they made sure the work was done to perfection. Highly recommend !!!!
I woke up to a tree having fell in the night and the damage and mess that was left was daunting. I was recommended Jay's Trees by my Spangler Realty who I have learned know the best of the best for any situation. I did get other quotes for the work though. The customer service provided by Jay's Trees beat the rest and he even made a 2nd trip to my home to accommodate my crazy schedule to answer questions. I also hadn't realized that my homeowners insurance would cover some of the cost and thankfully because of his knowledge, they did cover some of the cost. They did such a great job and very quickly. Jay and his team came the SAME DAY I called him. They wasted no time getting to work and worked like one smooth machine, cutting up the 35 ft. fallen tree in less than 2 hours, loading pieces of the tree on one trunk and putting pieces into their chipper. They brought 4 trucks to do the work. They all smiled and actually looked like they were enjoying their work. They were both polite and professional. I would hire them again in an instant if I needed them. Thanks again, guys!
