I am leaving the previous post to let people know that the original order was from 1800 flowers.I received a beautiful basket to make up for items missing in the original order. They did not have to call me or even send me a basket but they went above and beyond. Please if ordering go to the florist themselves it would save you from headaches. Purchased a wrist corsage for local prom, flowers where beautiful, people were friendly. However the corsage fell apart (it was glued) while taking photo's. Made contact with owner and sent pictures of the corsage, have yet to be contacted.

Touch of Elegance was beyond helpful today. Service was absolutely amazing and my girlfriend loved her arrangement. They took the time to listen and found me everything I was looking for. Coming from someone who’s never ordered flowers before, I’m very impressed with how comfortable I felt placing my order with Touch of Elegance and how they got my delivery on time with such little notice. Everyone in there was very nice and wouldn’t even take my tip. It’s businesses and people like this who make a difference! Very satisfied
