Got my haircut by Layla on 6/3/26. She did an awesome job as this is my first time getting my haircut by her. She was very friendly and made sure that I was satisfied before I left her station. I hope she stays around for a while because she will be very good in attracting lots of customers.

after setting an appointment for a haircut, an irate customer, started being completely disrespectful to the stylist in the store she started yelling and proceeded to throw the cape that her son was wearing at the stylist, the stylist was very honest with her client just like we would all appreciate. the situation was handled well by the other employees. still unsure about what the issue was, the customer could have handled it better!

This was my first time getting my haircut in this location. When I arrived the manager (Karryssa) was very friendly and immediately attentive. I will most definitely be back. She did an amazing job on my hair
