Our family was treated with the utmost love and respect from all the employees. The professionalism of the obituary, the knowledge of the procedures, and the kindness with how my mother and I were treated touched our hearts and made a sorrowful time much better. John Porter, Anthony, Pete, Patrick, Gilbert Yopp, Richard Woods and many others made us feel like family. They made us a DVD of the service, live streamed the chapel service, and created a DVD of the slide show. They hand delivered the flowers and all the pictures the day after the service. We are forever grateful to them.
Simpson Funeral Home provided professional and compassionate service to our family at the time we needed it most. John guided us through the process, anticipated our needs then made the whole event dignified and well thought out. John and Gilbert also assisted with the burial, coordinated with local resources and were meaningful companions to our family on that day.
