I would like to share how pleased and grateful we are for the expertise, professionalism, and thoroughness of Roanoke Mechanical Home Energy Division's Trina Beverly. Ms. Beverly conducted our home energy audit via our request to Appalachian Power to review on site all aspects of our home for energy savings suggestions. From the appointment setting through completion, every communication was followed through; every appliance was scanned; every door, window, plumbing and heating cabinet, and more were inspected; and, every question was addressed with clear, understandable explanations. Roanoke Mechanical Heating & Cooling recently replace two units in my home. They were extremely knowledgeable with their products and very professional. They did not leave one scrap of paper or wiring anywhere. It was clean as a whistle. They even vacuumed the carpet where some particals fell from the new insulation. I was very impressed by the three workers who installed my units. Thank you so much for hiring such good people to work for your company and for doing the job right the first time around.
Taylor and David were wonderful in helping us decide what unit to go with and how to address the issues we were having. On the day of install, it was so smooth and we were able to work from home with zero inconveniences or interruptions!
