Due to an accident in 2015 and many surguries, I have been to a lot of doctors. They have been fantastic. Would never change my family physician. Since I started with them my wife, daughters and son all go to the same doctor. If you can get in I highly recomend them.
One of the few private practices left in the valley. Highly recommend being a patient at an establishment that is independent and can be thoughtful about your health. No corporation is dictating their decision making for what course is best for you.
Recently returned to Roanoke, Dr. Ball was my physician before our move. I contacted office to be established for PCP for both myself and my husband. While Dr Ball is booked up they scheduled us with his partner Dennis who was very nice. He took time, answered all the questions was very helpful. Staff were nice there was some scheduling issues at first but they did correct them. Like everyone at this time they have staffing issues and they are doing the best they can.
