Looking for top-notch martial arts training? Look no further than Lindamood's in Roanoke. Both my sons trained, for many years, with Bobby and Michelle, through Snyder's. You simply cannot find a more professional group of martial artists... They NEVER stop progressing their skills to bring more and more knowledge to their students. Whether you're looking for a mental workout, self-defense, or physical fitness, Lindamood's will deliver. Do yourself a favor and go pay them a visit and bring your kids! Mine thoroughly enjoyed the over 13 years of their training, guidance, and friendship.

Obviously the best martial arts school in the entire Roanoke Valley. Bobby is an excellent teacher, trainer, and coach. Both him and Michelle run a top notch outfit that is clean and well maintained, and can get you where you need to be while challenging you.

Amazing, The building is very well kept and sanitary, and the people are amazing too! Coach Bobby is great and full of enthusiasm, he encourages hard work and helps you learn. Also the peers alongside you are very willing to help you no matter what.
