L&W Supply is one of the best construction supply companies in the Roanoke Valley. I rehab houses on occasion and if you need anything that requires drywall or tile backer they are the place to purchase it from. Today I picked up 20 sheets of drywall, 3 buckets of mud and other supplies. I called ahead and it was ready within the hour. I dropped by and they helped me load it and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I always check prices and L&W beat the big box stores by more than a little. L&W not only stocks Drywall supplies they carry insulation, steel framing and other building materials. Give them a try if you are doing a project. They'll save you money and time.

I can only speak to my experience with their driver, who spent the entire climb up Christiansburg Mountain illegally in the left lane, then blocked anyone from going past him by straddling both lanes. This sort of driving is extremely dangerous, not to mention infuriating. Calling the main office yielded no satisfaction with a rude operator. Will not do business under any circumstances.
