To all of the dashcam watchers who are reviewing Jay's Tree Service because of a video of one of their employees committing a hit and run, note that the owner immediately fired the employee and is working with law enforcement. Any business can hire someone that turns out to be a bad person regardless of background checks or a good interview. Please show a little compassion; no business owner would knowingly hire someone who would put their community at risk and jeopardize the business they put their heart and soul into. Jays tree service does great work! We’ve dealt with Jay personally and can’t express enough how great of a company and guy he is!! Glad he took immediate action to fire that worker and turn him in! Great work

The owner of this business responded professionally to the recent situation that was out of their control. Unfortunately, the internet wants to make a bad situation even worse, and innocent employees are caught in the crossfire of negative reviews.
