Melanie is an awesome therapist and great person! She has treated me for 3 years. I feel that she genuinely cares about her clients and is extremely professional. She is continually learning new techniques that will help me with my wellness goals! I highly recommend!!!
As a woman going through perimenopause I have had so many aches and pains associated with this time of change. I looked towards massage to find some relief. I found immediate relief and over time less and less reoccurring pain. Melanie has a plethora of massage styles and techniques that have healed my aches and pains. I highly recommend her.
Melanie at Heart & Sole is absolutely amazing! I have been to several massage places over the years and Melanie was the first to truly take her time to figure out what I needed. Each massage is different and focused on what I have described as problem areas that day. I continued seeing her during both my pregnancies and was so grateful to have a safe option to relieve the aches and pains. Melanie has been a miracle worker when the stresses of life manifest in sore/tight muscles. I feel improvement in movement and function right away.
