As a woman going through perimenopause I have had so many aches and pains associated with this time of change. I looked towards massage to find some relief. Melanie at Heart & Sole is absolutely amazing! I have been to several massage places over the years and Melanie was the first to truly take her time to figure out what I needed. Each massage is different and focused on what I have described as problem areas that day. I continued seeing her during both my pregnancies and was so grateful to have a safe option to relieve the aches and pains. Melanie has been a miracle worker when the stresses of life manifest in sore/tight muscles. I feel improvement in movement and function right away.
