Ted and his guys helped me install my gas firepit. I planned to do some of the work myself, which he helped me to plan. He lined up the gas company to upgrade my meter and came out and finalized the installation. Very prompt, good communication and willing to help! Couldn't ask for more!
I was at my wits end. We had an issue with our gas log fireplace and had contacted numerous others with no luck. Called and actually reached the owner. He patiently listened to me, asked questions, and diagnosed my problem over the phone! Did not laugh at me for my rookie mistakes. He will be our "go to" man for any future HVAC/Gas Heater concerns. I was happy with the install. The cost was a bit higher ($660) than quote ($300). But I also said 10ft when it was actually 25 ft of flex line. All in all, budget for excess. Job went by quick. They were here 1.6 hours.
