I went to my first class after a friend suggested Fit Studio. Trainers and others working out were very welcoming. The instruction and workout was great. Very knowledgeable on the instruction of lifts to prevent injury. I would suggest this place to anyone.
I'd spent time trying to find the right gym. Not sure what I wanted, nor if it existed. But I knew I needed guidance, a place that felt welcoming, attention to my health and progress and comfortable every time I entered. A friend told me about her gym, Fit Studio, and I met her there. I was hooked immediately. Staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. You get personalized instructions and advice plus enough classes to choose from. I love this place and for the price.., nothing compares!!!!! I have a gym family.
