Very pleased with the schedule availability, friendly staff, and the fact that they finished much faster than initially anticipated. They were able to find my tires at a sister location. They recommended additional services and were not too pushy. They even got me a coupon without me even asking!
I went here because my right rear tire kept losing tire pressure. They found a nail in the tire, but couldn’t patch it (patches need to lie flat) because this was on the curved part of the rim. I have a Subaru with all-wheel drive. If you have all-wheel drive, you know the rule of thumb is all four tires need to be replaced. But the service tech came in and told me because these tires were pretty new, there was a lot of tread left on the tire in question and they would only need to replace the one. Staff who made the appointment told me exactly when to come. I ended up being 15min late but they took my car in right away, performed the service prompt. The service staff provided excellent customer service. The waiting area was clean and pleasant. I’m very pleased with this shop
