I chose to work with David based on a referral. David contacted me promptly and has kept me informed throughout the process. He was very responsive, and patient, answered all my questions, and made sure to address my concerns. The inspection was very thorough. The report was very detailed and easy to understand. He is very professional and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend David, and would definitely work with David again.

We were so happy with the inspection that David provided us prior to closing on our home. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and super friendly. The report was incredibly detailed, with multiple photos and descriptions of each area of the home. We would highly recommend his services!
