David was able to do an inspection with only a days notice. His report came out the same day as the inspection with very complete, understandable and well photographed findings. David's write up was very understandable and clear. Not often that we need a home inspection but I'd recommend David highly and I would use him again.
Dave was super responsive and thorough! He answered all of our questions during the inspection and his report at the end was very detailed. I would definitely recommend him, especially if you are looking for an inspector for an older or historic home!
David was thorough, thoughtful, kind, and efficient! I’m so glad our realtors used him for our home inspection. They couldn’t have chose a better person for the job. Most people don’t take pride in what they do anymore and you can tell David truly does. I hope to use him one day again if we ever need to.
