David was worth every penny. Extremely thorough inspection and uncovered several issues with the home that were very relevant to the buying process and went above and beyond in his inspection for us. We are extremely pleased with the time and effort he put into our visit. Was also very accommodating with a schedule change.
David did two inspections for me and was absolutely wonderful. He is thorough, informative, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. David is able to explain things well in layman’s terms and not leave you feeling confused. He was not afraid to point out all the wrongs in the first house I had inspected which led me to trust his second inspection. If I ever need an inspection again, he will be the first person I call!
