David was very thorough and walked me through any concerns he had during our home inspection. He pulled up other inspections to give me an overview of what to expect which was very helpful. I received the report in about a day with plenty of detail and images for any concerns regarding some aspects of the home. Everything was done very professionally and timely. David is very knowledgeable and i was glad to have him referred to me.

Reviews
I have used him 3x in the last few months. Each time he provided a fast, thorough, and professional inspection. If you need an inspection, this is the guy to hire!
David was amazing at his inspection he did for me! If i could give him 10 stars I definitely would!! He spent over 4 hours inspecting the house I was under contract with. He not only was able to do it within short notice but he was remarkable with his work and his detail to attention! He was super kind and very informative with his explanation of things. He saved me from moving forward with a house tho it would’ve costed me thousandsss in repairs/replacement that I wasn’t able to see! He literally checked over EVERYYYY nook and cranny of the house!
I will most definitely recommend him to anyone I know needed an inspection done!!
