I Made an appointment and had to wait 1hour and 20 minuets before I was even called in to get my haircut! He does 4 to 5 clients at the same time, not concentrating on you because he’s too busy trying to get to the other person. He’s does not seem to show regard or care if you wait long , doesn’t make you feel welcome , he does not focus on you he rushes you off not giving you the one on one attention your deserve, especially at the prices that he charges in the long lengthy waiting time even if you do make an appointment be prepared to wait!! He rushed to cut my hair, my hair is uneven, one side is longer then the other, he Shows no appreciation for new clients, while I was waiting someone one walked in and cut in front of me, no one should have to wait that long, especially when they have an appointment!! Then I got charged $110 For a fast wash 15 min basic hair cut and fast blow drying and fast flat iron!! I walked out of there with flat greasy hair look like I haven’t washed my hair in three weeks. That’s ridiculous who can afford these high prices today for just getting 1 1/2 inches cut off!! I felt very uncomfortable there , my business was not appreciated and I was not welcomed He never even asked if I liked the cut never even showed me a mirror so I can see the back of my hair, He just couldn’t wait to finish me off and get me out of the chair so he can get to the next client. A Thank you goes a long way, also an apology for waiting so long goes a long way, At these prices you’ll have no clients!! Very disappointed at the service there I will not be returning! I do not recommend this place!!

Diva's House of Hair is an excellent salon for the entire family. He is a trusted, knowledgeable and superior stylist. My family is extremely diverse and we have multiple types of hair. Cleveland makes sure they receive the best style and treatment for their hair and makes sure you understand how to take care it at home. I have been a client of Cleveland's for over 25 years and still go to him for hair care as does my family members . I would highly recommend him for all of your hair care needs. I appreciate the fact that Cleveland promotes hair health. He will give you the instructions that you need to maintain your style and avoid breakage while you’re in-between hair appointments. I can always count on him to squeeze me in.
