Hands down the best place to go to get a haircut in Roanoke. I’ve been going here for a few years and will keep coming back. They usually book up early so try to schedule in advance if you can.

I saw Jackie because reviews mentioned she was excellent in working with thinning hair. I'm 65, had a smallish hair transplant almost 30 years ago, but my hair has gotten progressively thinner over time and it's very fine. I have toyed with the idea of rocking the bald look but don't have the best head/face for it. Anyways, from the moment I met Jackie she decided that she was going to make me look as good as possible, and she did just that by using a combination of electric clippers, scissors, a blade, and a lot of skill to shape and blend the sides and back to create a look of fullness, even on top, that just wasn't there before she did her thing.... read full review

Jackie is the best, we met has a walk in customer with my son having a melt down with his hair. Him not wanting to go to great clips anymore... my loves her and fully trusts her with his hair. His hair is course curly thick. She really does a good job ? ? ? ? ❤️
