I usually go to the Johnson Curran Optometry Center on Franklin Road SW Roanoke, Virginia, and am extremely happy with the service I have received there. But the last eyeglasses I bought there, which had a Chesterfield Titanium frame, had one of the plastic nose grip fall from the frame, and so I needed to have it repaired. Since I was going to be doing some errands today near their Valley View Blvd Optometry Center, I phoned them the day before to see if I could take my eyeglasses to their office to get fixed. The 419 office is just the best! I go there, my husband goes there, my grandson and granddaughter go there. They're so helpful and kind and just really get us taken care of in a way that we feel truly cared about.

This office isn't handling COVID and protocols well. One customer ahead of us left after waiting an hour past her appointment time. We were left waiting close to an hour over our appointment time and still had one other ahead of us. For working professionals, this is impossible, especially when having eyes dilated takes a patient and a driver. We understand this is difficult, but it's an inconvenience for us all and the business should find a way to make it happen by November of 2020.
