My husband and I recently had a very good experience with Carpetland USA North in Roanoke. When we first walked into the showroom, it was a little overwhelming because we really weren't quite sure what we wanted for our kitchen and dining room flooring. However, Christina approached us, and seeing the confused looks on our faces, she began to show us around and asked us what some of our preferences were. Christina was great, this is the 2nd time getting floors done. Each time the team has come they have done a great job. Very professional and quick turn around. Great communication as well. We will be back again when we are ready for our bathrooms to be done.
