Carilion Wellness - Botetourt offers NuStep bicycle for 30‑40 minutes, swimming inside or outside for 40 minutes (500‑800 yds), and aquatic aerobics lasting 45 minutes to 1 hour. Patients enjoy lots of fun and great companions. Physical therapy downstairs helps with prosthetic leg walking, back issues, and hip issues, strengthening patients without pushing them with lots of pain. All employees are professional and friendly.

You can do many different activities. I usually do the NuStep bicycle for about 30-40 minutes. I swim inside or outside about 40 minutes (500 to 800 yds), then I join the aquatic aerobics that lasts 45 minutes to 1 hours which is LOTS of FUN & GREAT COMPANIONS!

Go to the physical therapy downstairs. If you need to go, ask for Christian. Had me walking with a prostetic leg in no time and going back for issues with back, and it's definitely getting stronger. Great therapist, and yet doesn't push you with lots of pain.

I have physical therapy done here for four weeks provided I did miss a couple appointments but nothing on their fault they did help me with a hip issue but I didn't know I had and all employees that are staffed We're very professional and friendly
