The facility is clean and offers efficient and always friendly staff to help with your physical therapy plan. Dry needling is expertly done and offered to patients for whom this type of treatment is a good option.

Parking is abundant and located in the area surrounding the physical therapy department. Wait time is minimal, appointments are usually 30 minutes, which equals a relatively quick exit that allows you to go on with your day!

We have been coming to Carilion Wellness for karate for years that is offered by Mr. Bleecker. The staff are always so friendly to all of the children coming through for the classes and so encouraging when the kids walk by. They keep a clean facility and always leave feeling like they really care.

Have been going here for therapy for the last few weeks now.I am scheduled for 30 minute therapy
It was going great until today which is Friday the 10th
I had a 9:00 appointment.My tech was late then I spent 10 minutes filling out a form which I did already once before when I first started
I am paying for 30 minutes of FULL therapy not 20.This is unacceptable as for as I am concerned.I am always there early like they request.Less than satisfied customer.And I am sure you charged me fo the FULL30 minutes too.
