I had surgery today and just want to say how incredibly grateful I am for the entire care team. From the moment I checked in, every single person, from the front desk to the nurses, anesthesiologist, surgeon, and resident was absolutely amazing.
I was initially nervous, but their empathy, compassion, and positive energy quickly put me at ease. Everyone treated me with such kindness and professionalism. They made what could have been a stressful day feel calm and supported.
Thank you all for the exceptional care; you truly made a difference!

Our child had ear tubes put in here and the staff was so kind, knowledgeable and full of smiles. My child felt very safe and cared for and that’s priceless. Thank you all

Both myself and my husband have had minor outpatient procedures here (epidural spinal injections) and it’s one of the few medical centers that I truly don’t mind going to at all. Not only has every staff member I’ve ever spoken to been incredibly kind and helpful but it’s very easy to get in and out of and parking is free and conveniently located right by the entrance. The building may be older but the renovations they have done make it feel new inside and it’s always clean. I’ve submitted an edit to maps because the main entrance to the hospital is not the listed address. It’s on the street parallel to Elm, off of Jefferson. Depending on the map, it’s called Mountain Ave or Reid Ave. This is also where the parking lot is, directly across from the entrance.

Having a procedure done and the staff was very friendly and very positive. Everyone was helpful the entire time from receptionist to nurses, doctors and anesthesiologists. It was fairly quiet as well.

Its a looooong wait maybe 8,9 hrs so bring a blanket or a magazine or a phone with magazines,you're gonna need it.
