I was very satisfied with the professionalism and the prompt service of Baker Heat and Air. I had called other companies only to get an answering machine and no return call until late evening. In the meantime, I called Baker and Mark was on it and set up service call for next morning. Brandon the technician was on time, diagnosed and repaired the unit in a timely manner.
My impression is a very well managed company.

Austin always does a great job. He is extremely careful with clean up, making sure he doesn’t leave anything behind. Very pleasant. This visit was paid for but I gave Austin a check for the next two visits.
A/C unit was blowing warm air. Called Baker around noon, had a tech at the house within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts on the truck, and got everything up and running for me. I always call Baker for my HVAC needs, they’re the best in town!!!
