Compassion at one of the hardest times any pet owner will face. Thank you for the reassurance that the cremains returned to me are those of my beloved little guy. Saying good-bye to him was beyond difficult - having part of him back home helps soothe some of the pain. Your service is above and beyond what I could have imagined.
