Being one of the dental offices whos services were included in my Health Plan, and located in a convenient location on Valley View Blvd, I made an appointment for a first visit, checkup, and preventative teeth cleaning. I arrived on time and signed their checking in sheet. The dental office was clean and modern design with nice and comfortable furniture. One of the dental receptionist welcomed and greeted me and asked me to fill out some forms from a special tablet. Then she asked me for my insurance card to make a copy of it. They were all very nice but I’m scared to death but they assured me I would be in good hands and be gentle with pulling all my teeth ,omg can’t believe I’m doing this. Wish they wouldn’t try to rush you into doing this it’s a huge step. And it sure cost more than I thought.

The employees with Aspen Dental were great to work with starting from on line booking to confirming over the phone, to the front desk to the teeth measuring to the consultation with the dentist to the billing department. They were all very professional and answered my many questions.
