Great instructors, super welcoming vibe, and classes that somehow manage to kick my butt and calm my nervous system at the same time. If you see me floating out afterward looking like I’ve achieved inner peace… just know it was absolutely the cool lavender towel.

Incredible studio! I’ve been a member for 2 years and have loved every minute of it. Love the variety of classes & the instructors feel like your friends. I appreciate that they take the time to correct our technique and providing a cool towel at the very end!

Yogasix has quickly become my favorite yoga studio! The classes are challenging yet approachable. I love that they have everything you need on hand - including mats if you forget yours! They also mix up their morning classes so that you're not stuck taking the same class each day/week like many other studios. My favorite part though has to be Christina. She is a ray of sunshine. SO kind and paces her classes so well.
