Bekah is the best.

She's on time and professional , always has the shop smelling and feeling good. Such a pleasure to be around and will never make you feel not at home shes very accommodating and her skills and expertise in life go far beyond hair and nails. Im lucky to have found her and you will be too.

Bekah did an amazing job on my locs, so hard finding a loctician in this area. Will definitely be back. Atmosphere is so laid back and welcoming. She offers tons of other services, if you don’t check her out your missing out.

This was my second visit and just love the work Bekah puts in to each session. After thinking I ruined my entire head- I left feeling it was all intentional. She never shames me or makes me feel my dreads were beyond help- and really should come more often - if I didn’t live so far ( which is why it’s so hard for me to go get routine maintenance anywhere). The shop is pretty eclectic with Art, clothing and the coolest dog and shoulder cat in the RIC area! I appreciate you !!

I wish I could give more stars than just 5! The owner, Rebekah, saved my hair not once, but twice. She did what I couldn't find anyone else to do and because of her compassion and dedication to her clients, I won't see anyone but her now. From first walking into World of Wooks Emporium, the environment provides an immediate sense of comfort and acceptance. From the emotional support animals, to the one on one dedication and attention I received based on my own individual needs, makes W.O.W as unique and special as it is. Rebekah is one of the most GENUINE down to earth, personable and kindest people I've ever met. So grateful to have found her!

Rebekah has done a perfect job of starting my dreadlocs and I went for a recrochet, today and my locs are more than perfect. I also had flaxseed gel treatment and one wrap, she has been great with helping to find the best products to use or selling me hers, that are all natural!I will not let anyone else touch my locs. The clothing and accessories she sells are also right up my alley. I left with a pair of leggings today as well!

I initially booked Rebekah using the Herespa travel appointment website and during our appointment I discovered all of the other services she offers including the braid-in dreadlock extensions she custom made to my liking. I have had micro braids down years ago and have been nervous to try something like that again but Rebekah inspired me to try the braid in dreads and I was so happy with the turn out that I have sent photos to all of my international friends in Maine, Germany, Argentina, Florida and New York and all of them are in love with the turn out as well. She is also great at doing my gel pedi and mani. I will be having her do my highlights/color, and eyelash tinting soon as well; I highly recommend booking her for any hair, nails, braids, dreads, etc that you want done! I’m 49 years old and love being around her, she has a great energy that doesn’t make me uncomfortable or bored, plus she travels to my house which is very convenient and relaxing! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Rebekah!
