My brother and I made an appointment at Westhampton Memorial Park to make our pre arrangements. We met with Allison. She was very professional and informative. She took good care of us. I would recommend Westhampton to anyone who would ask me about them.
Staff is wonderful and very caring. Katie Allen goes above and beyond. She is kind, caring, warm and professional. I am from Ohio and I did not know it was time to clean off flowers, she personally took my flowers and put them on my families 13 graves hersel and took pictures and sent them to me. She didn’t have to do that but she understands family emotions. It was important to me. She also took pictures of my parents grave markers when the were installed as I couldn’t get there. Westhamtom is blessed to have such an outstanding employee. Thank you
We found the staff intuitive, professional, and so thoughtful throughout a rather complicated planning process. We live out of town making the planning even more complex, but Katie Allen and her team were consistently patient and proactive. I also appreciated how helpful the receptionist was..... both compassionate and attentive. Emily was such a concrete help the day of the service, and the team member who deals with markers was also knowledgeable. All were accessible and obviously very experienced.
