Good luck getting these people to answer the phone. Next I’m getting ready to post my call logs to show I called 56 times over the course of 3 days over the span of several different hours, and left voicemails half the time. With no callback after 72 hours. Newsflash: I’ve physically been to both locations several times- they’re never that busy. They just don’t want to answer the phones.

I walked in and the lady at the front desk was rude, very unprofessional. I spoke to her in English multiple times then she assumed right after that, that I did not speak English at all based on my name. I saw her speak to a male as he came in to make some kind of appointment for his anxiety and depression. He seemed unsure, and that woman at the front desk spoke to him like he was an idiot. The other women at the desks two and three were kind though.

lady at the front has attitude to everyone who doesn’t speak english. some other staff were nice but lady at the front needs to work on her attitude. very unprofessional

I have been going to Daily Planet for Mental Health services for about 5 or 6 years I believe. I still go there to this day . Yeah , I have had some issues with calls not getting answered, or a return call back after leaving messages . I remember a few years ago I had a lady doctor .She said or did something that made me snap. I was referred to the other doctor here .Still seeing that same person. He's has help me get through a dark hole I was going down .That only caused me trouble and big problems .So,thankful I was caught before falling to far .My doctor I see at Daily Planet Grace St . Has help me get focus more on a road ahead , not the back road.It hasn't been all peaches and cream .When sample test was ordered every visit .He was suppose to be there to help me, Not believe in me.surely want get me to open up to you..Why would I think he was there to help me .Anyway the Daily Planet and all the people working there, Help All People That Need help , And that's what they do ! I have never heard or been ask to write a good review by anyone there in the years I have been going there.Another thing is they help a lot of people that are Thankful and Appreciate . So it's not nobody's private one on one.If you know any Medical office that always answers phone , return calls ,don't make you wait .And see anyone .Please share with the rest of us thank you

First time ever at Daily Planet. I was welcomed by Esteban. Registration was very easy and calm. Worried about what was to come and he put all my worries to the side. When going in the back DeErika was very pleasant. She made me feel very comfortable even when I was def nervous. Lauren was great at helping Dr. A extract my tooth. They both answered my questions and set me up for my next appointment. Very courteous and very professional. I will definitely spreading the word on how great this facility is.

Just go somewhere else, it’s not worth it. First time patient, I called on Monday 11:30am to schedule an appointment and the person on call was extremely rude, was talking me to as if I was dumb and when I told her she was rude she hung up the call. It was black American women, I didn’t get a chance to get her name.
Told me they don’t accept new patients. First time I am hearing this a medical facility is denying accepting patients.

On my visit today Estevan was so friendly. He really helped me get my appointments in order. He helped me to remain calm in an uncomfortable atmosphere. I will most definitely recommend daily planet to other people in need of healthcare. Thank you for your services.

Theres a lot of bad reviews on here. But honestly I give them 5 stars they have helped me so much. I actually have an appointment today. Im usually in and out no hassles. So I'll go ahead and give them 5 on this one.

Every time I go to the East Cary location, I have a good experience. The receptionists and the dentists in the back are all very friendly especially Dr Malika Chary and Tara. I always look forward to going to my appointments! Keep up the great work.
