I was referred here from the Nicu at Henrico doctors. I must say from the beginning of my child coming here I knew that this was the doctor for her!! Doctor Jessica Simmelink is super attentive, very realistic, and very understanding. When there was a shortage of milk, she made sure I had some. The office is very attentive. I’m always greeted promptly. If my child is sick, they are able to offer me appointments to get her seen asap. Mindy in the office went above and beyond to help me with paperwork I needed ! We always have a positive experience when we come whether it's for check ups or sick visits. They treat us so kindly and have been since I've been bringing my daughter was 3 months old. They make sure the parents are taken care of too, especially in the newborn stage. I can't thank them enough!
I have been a patient at West End for my entire life and I have nothing but praise to say for the providers and staff of West End Pediatrics. For most of my time as a patient, I was seen by Dr. Colley who was an amazing pediatrician and I saw Dr. Dawson a few times as well.
