Came in not knowing for sure if I was going to be able to get two cars titled and registered, arrived close to 4:30 maybe later was out the door with both titles ! Was very happy. The lady both at the front desk and counter were knowledgeable and performed their job with above average skills. Thank you so much for help ladies
Such friendly and knowledgeable staff! There was no wait and we were out the door quickly. Though across town, this dmv had the earliest appointment so we decided to try it. This is the only Henrico DMV I will use in the future.
Fast service everyone respectful, had a mishap, whereas another rep, while working with another person, overheard the mishap and once done sealing with that customer she then helped her co-worker rectify the problem, whichever me a world of time and money. 😅
