They are absolutely no help at all, one lady just sists behind a desk and don’t know the answer to anything, the other lady’s can’t find any information to help you there just there to be there .

Mrs. Clark was amazing. Great customer service. She was even able to let me know that the other location was truthful by telling me they had a cut off time yesterday, and because of her, I will revisit the other locations website and change my feedback.

Can't tell you how absolutely terrible they are at communication. I was not told about going into "follow up" even though I never actually went into a program. Was not given any info for weeks at a time. Completely unprofessional and exactly what I would expect from a government funded entity. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

On 7/17/23, went into Unemployment not feeling optimistic that my answers and the things were going to be resolved. Prior to meeting with Konique had very unfriendly situation. That didn't make me feel optimistic on the visit. Well Konique outgoing personality quickly made that all go away. Answered my questiond quickly and was knowledgeable. Didn't make me feel rushed. Reassured me numerous times that everything will work out. Reminded me not to forget to do my 2nd claim. Showed me she cared. Thank you for your help Konique.? ? ? ? ?P.S. I gave an evaluation in the building, but it didn't state the job Konique did and where the public can see it.
