On 7/17/23, went into Unemployment not feeling optimistic that my answers and the things were going to be resolved. Prior to meeting with Konique had very unfriendly situation. That didn't make me feel optimistic on the visit. Well Konique outgoing personality quickly made that all go away. Answered my questiond quickly and was knowledgeable. Didn't make me feel rushed. Reassured me numerous times that everything will work out. Reminded me not to forget to do my 2nd claim. Showed me she cared. Thank you for your help Konique.? ? ? ? ?P.S. I gave an evaluation in the building, but it didn't state the job Konique did and where the public can see it.
