The ladies are kind & talented. Not a place to Relax but rather a place of Maintenance. I came in as a walk in. So if you are looking to relax and enjoy a spa experience, I do not suggest going for it. But if you want to handle your s*** quickly and get a great result. They are exceptional! I showed her a photo & she slayed with precision & passion to give me what I asked for. She is a true artist .
I just love how straight forward they are, if you don't like the work just move forward respectfully. I can't have long nails because I cook so my simple and plain is what I do and I am very satisfied
I work downtown, so I found this place online and I went in for a lunchtime nail-do. I went in with a couple pictures of the designs I wanted and no problem, the tech satisfied my request. I wanted my nails cut short because i play piano, this was the only tech that didn't try to convince me to go longer because it would "look nicer". Ugh! I was happy not to have to defend my style choice! No problem! Everyone was friendly and I got exactly what I wanted! And as for the bad review from 6/21/2013 -- Yes, the salon itself is old and disheveled, but considering the area, this business is inline with all the other businesses around it. If you want everything new and shiny, then go out to short pump! I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 because I did need to sit under the nail dryer for 15 minutes (polish a tad bit thick), but I love my nails!
