My 8 year old twin girls have been coming here since they were 2. They are always excited to get their hair done here. They love that the salon offers tablets and and a TV to help keep them occupied. Super cute decor and kid-friendly staff 💜

Tiny Textures, what can I say that you don’t already know. The atmosphere is GREAT, the staff is WONDERFUL, the service has been AMAZING and my son loves getting his hair braided there. I highly recommend Tiny Textures to any child needing some quality service. 10 stars here.

I have been coming here for almost a year for my little one and it’s always been a great experience with customer service and scheduling appointments the follow up communication is excellent when scheduling is involved. I will say it’s been quite a few staffing changes so it’s hard to know which stylist to get & if they’re capable of doing the styles. I would suggest exploring offering stitch braids that would help alot but overall great environment and kid friendly.

I lost $60 because of this. (I had 3 appts booked) My appts were changed several times. The last straw was because they said someone needed to take a lunch during the time of my appt. I told them if they change the appt, I'll have to cancel and she told me I wouldnt get my deposit back. How does that make sense? Poor customer service practices. I saved all the screenshots of this text conversation. The back and forth was extremely unprofessional.

my 8 year old with who was serviced by Fatou (hopefully I spelled that right . my daughter us very tenderheaded and has extremely tangled curls, Fatou was very knowledgeable and even gave me tips on how to care for her hair at home which have helped us both out tremendously definitely will be back

My 6 year old daughter had her first visit tonight and it was a great experience with Ms Ro. She was kind and patient with my little one who is full of personality and is still building her patience for getting her hair done. It looks amazing and she was all smiles and ready to go home and show you it off. We’ve already made her next appointments.

I was visiting from NYC to see my granddaughter who normally gets braids from NYC when she visits me so they were kind enough to fit me in and do her braids and I can’t praise their work enough. Truly kid friendly and I have to say the braids were Better than in NYC . Taylor was excellent and professional my granddaughter is only 4 and she loved Taylor. I am going to make sure my granddaughter makes a return visit. So very satisfied with all the beauty tech in the salon. Thank you

Very rude customer service. Scheduled my child for wrong location, than blamed us as the customer. Only use their services if you accept toxic behavior.
