Dad drove away from the house on a Saturday night in a snow storm. ( AD ) He ran out of gas at 430 in the morning in the middle of the road. He end up going to the hospital. Thomas towing came out and picked up his car held it for a few days till I could drive up from Carolina in the snow from the storm. Even as busy a Thomas was and running on no sleep he was able to answer my question and work with me on picking up the car. He even asked how my dad was doing! In the end great experience with them customer service A+ 6 out of 5 Stars

I call this company because I got stuck in the snow. They quickly answered the phone, were respectful and sent someone out to me in 20 mins. Amazing service, very kind and helpful! The price is reasonable, which is great for an emergency expense. I will be sure to call them everytime there is a need for their services.
